  Didn't even make it to the waiter before I left. The blonde host was rude and creepy. She looked my outfit up and down, then started whispering to her friend with mocking chuckles. She led me to my table, then stared me down by the monitor. I felt insecure then dipped. Rude and unprofessional.

  I don’t like to usually write negative reviews but this place was exceptionally bad. We waited around an hour and a half for lukewarm food and our waitress visited our table around 2-3 time total within that timespan. The food was okay but a bit pricey and definitely not worth the wait.

  We have been here before, this time is was almost empty. We waited to be seated, no one was really busy. They were all gathered talking away, while we just stood there waiting. Finally we got tired of waiting, the ladies all seen us there waiting. No one came , so we left. Won't be going back, bad seevice.

  The wings were over cooked. The waitress was good. When shared that the wings were hard and overcooked just for the fyi to the waitress. The waitress shared it with the manger and the manger Ryan said to the waitress did you check on them enough. From my understanding he was also the cook. Horrible customer service and horrible to talk to your staff in such a way. The waitress went above to accommodate his lack of customer service.

  Not worth the money. The service at this location is far from par. More than once, we experienced slow (15+ minutes) service between sitting and taking drink orders. Then when 5 of 7 in our group have empty tea glasses, the server asked if we want refills....we haven't even been served our meals yet! Better servers do not ask, they provide without the customer having to ask. Then, as usual, the orders took >30 minutes to be served and not all were received as ordered. The manager apologized, and used the excuse of basketball playoffs on TV...the restaurant was half full and sports on TV is what they do every single day! Poor excuse. From the moment you walk in this restaurant until you walk out, no matter if they are busy, no matter how many in your party, you will not get out in under 2 hours. No desert. No tip.
