  Reuben is good. Crispy chicken sandwich misses the mark when they moved away from their original chicken.

  My fiancé has been on an Arby’s kick for about 4 months. This location was so good to him (at first) they knew his name and order. About a month ago, the staff had started to change and slowly the service has declined. Tonight was the absolute worst. His large fry was MAYBE half full and they didn’t get the sandwich right. They also tried to give him a Med drink cup when he ordered a Lg. We’re really hoping they’ll see this feedback and get back to being our favorite Arby’s.

  Rude, no care they gave me a hard steak sandwich that had to be old and nuggets that wasn't able to be eaten. They acted like it was no big deal because they get complaints all day and it had to be the customer's fault they are not capable of doing the job in a correct manner. Disgusted by the lack of care,just we get complaints all day. They need new employees, this Arby's ran by people that can't grasp how to run a business and won't treat customers with respect. Disrespectful, rude and dirty looking staff.

  We eat here more than anyone should eat Arby's. The employees, especially the beautiful manager, are all so nice and friendly. Our orders have always been correct . We eat inside the lobby often and it's typically clean and peaceful inside. If you're traveling the Mother Road or just in West Tulsa, you can't go wrong with this Arby's.
