  I did an online order and when we pulled up we were told to come inside and wait. We get in and all I hear is one of the employees just complaining and yelling and being super rude to customer's over the headset. Then we get our food and they give us our cups and the soda machine had all the caps off. We had to get the cooks attention and the two ladies at the front were completely ignoring us and another man they told to come inside to get his food. Then the short woman grabs our food bag and just starts digging around in it with no gloves on and her nasty hands that we have no clue if they have been sanitized. I told the woman hey dont do that and she completely ignored us. Honestly the staff was very unprofessional and the service was appalling and super rude for just ignoring us. I get it you got a bunch of orders but come on be professional. At one point the lady that was yelling was telling people Taco bell has no line. She said that multiple times so maybe some staff training on etiquette and how not to be rude to customers. Then the short lady had the oddasity to scold us and say well the lobby is closed and you shouldn't be in here. The other lady told us to come inside becasue its going to be a long wait. Very disappointed on how we were treated and honestly will never go back to this store on 11th street.

  That’s it Arby’s, we’re done. Gave them their final chance at noon today. Two crispy chicken sandwiches and a large fry. The fries were lukewarm and very chewy. The chicken patties were like they were reheated from the night before. The buns were burnt and like a gym mat. $16+ and couldn’t eat any of it. Bummer I can’t leave zero stars. Lady in the drive-thru was pleasant. EDIT: Don't get fooled Tulsa- nobody leaves 5 star reviews for Arby's.

  So it’s 9:30 and me and my family tried to dine in. Their sign says dining room closes at 10:30 but the doors was locked, so my husband walked around and tried to see what was up and one of the employees just threw a hand up and was very rude. I’m not sure what was going on, but both interactions with the 2 employees we interacted with just seemed very out of it and unprofessional. I am very disappointed and unpleased with this location. Like we have a toddler and we were expecting to have a quick dinner where we could sit and eat our food warm and fresh. If the dining room is suppose to close before 10:30 please change your hours. They didn’t even offer sauce 😩 from a very exhausted and hungry family.
