  My friend who placed the order has this habit of asking for potatoes to be cooked fresh. I don’t ask for that because I know if places aren’t in the mood they’ll just re dip them which is exactly what happened here. These things were nearly hard as rocks and dripping oil over the contents of the bag. I don’t have the transportation to come back , and my teenager insisted on eating them - I could not. This is so disappointing, please just give me room temp potatoes next time🤢

  So, it is pretty much hit and miss at this location. Most of the time at least 1 item gets forgotten. Tonight 2 sliders forgotten. Small amount of meat on french dip. I do really like Arby's but maybe slow down a bit and fill the order completely before handing out the window.

  Otdered beef n cheddar with the cheddar on the side not on sammich. Other was double RB with onions. First beef n cheddar had 1 folded up slice of RB and cheddar sauce on it. Was irdered on the side. Im thinking they maybe meant to add more meat and forgot? Bcuz how do you not put any meat on a meat sandwich. My double was more like a single as it too was light on the meat and had ONE TINY THIN slice of onion. They charge like 60 cents for that onion mind you. The girl was VERY nice. The kitchen staff needs to stop acting like that food cost is coming out of their pockets because consistency is key with a Brand chain. 💯 Waited about 20 minutes for my food also btw.
