  Shitty customer service. You can’t even look at the menu without being bombarded. Yall need to train your employees in customer service. We didn’t even stay to order after how rude the lady at the drive thru was. Who wants to deal with being rushed to order and then followed by shitty remarks by the drive thru lady. At that point we didn’t order we left because then we have to worry about them messing with our food. 0 stars had to put one to make a review but 0 stars. Disgusting behavior.

  Hello I came in yesterday and had an encounter with the most rude woman I’ve ever seen within a business. Her name was D and I don’t understand how she is even able to work there. I watched her yell and be so ignorant to the people around her and make the work place uncomfortable for the other employees by the looks on their faces. This seriously needs to be looked into and she needs to be FIRED!!!!!! As a general manager myself if this isn’t looked into I will take this further to ensure that proper procedure is taken to make sure these people can work in an environment where they feel safe and comfortable.

  Worst experience ever… service was extremely slow, waited in the parking lot for 40 minutes for 2 Nacho Fries, 1 Cheesy Fiesta Potato, and 1 Grilled Cheese Steak Burrito…. All this while an employee is standing at the front COUNTING sauce packets!!!!
