I was there today to get my one and only Dr Pepper for the day after finishing my chores and errands for the day as I pulled up to the drive thru the kid on the speaker said I know it’s you you want your medium Dr Pepper just pull on around to the window I sort of felt like that comedian they call fluffy ..I come to that store so much they should give a a preferred customer card or something or a key to the door … better yet it would be funny if when they see me coming someone should shout CODE 10 CODE 10 ITS THE GUY IN THE WHITE TRUCK !!!! QUICK LOCK THE DOOR THIS IS NOT A DRILL !!!!!

Lamentablemente,no deberian de tener personal que no saben nisiquiera que es lo que venden o que por lo menos ser mas razonable con el cliente, la persona que me atendio por la ventana para realizar mi pedido,siento que no durmio bien y se levanto con la almohada pegada de la cara,deberia ser mas razonable o amable con los clientes, culpa no tenemos de sus molestia de algun índole, no sabe comunicarse no sabe explicar,vocabulario de muy mal gusto, si tu dia esta mal mejor quedarse en casa y lo que le pedi no era.

Waited at the register for someone to take my order. I was trying to use a coupon that couldn't be used at the kiosk or app. Finally someone came up to put food in the window. I asked if she could take my order. She proceeded to yell that she didn't know that I needed to order because I was standing at the register on the right instead of on the left. She threw the receipt at me and walked off. Very rude customer service. She needs to spend more time inside working than at the front door smoking.

I visited McDonald’s to pick up an order and had a mixed experience. The wait time was longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating.
That said, the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. The restaurant was clean, including the restrooms, and there was plenty of parking available.
Overall, despite the delay, the service and cleanliness made a positive impression. I would still recommend this location to others in the area and will likely visit again.

The only thing this McDonalds excels in is getting orders wrong over and over and over. Especially if you order through Uber eats or doordash. Its not something as simple as missing one thing or putting tomatoes on when I tell them none, its orders with ENTIRE MEALS missing. Twice they've completely forgotten a combo meal and three times they've forgotten the drinks that COME WITH the meals. Today was the last straw. Ordered 2 meals and only received 1 as well as completely incorrect drinks. I ordered a shake and a coke and got 2 sprites. The workers are clearly either 1. just packing whatever they want in the orders to get them out the door, or 2. Mixing up orders to an insane degree. This McDonals should just wipe its staff and start over.
