- LTLloyd Thompson1 day ago1.0We stop here frequently and usually go inside to get our drinks but it was pouring rain this morning so I placed our order ahead on the mobile app for drive thru pickup. They came on the speaker and I said I had placed a mobile order for my name. She said "For [my name], okay" and nothing else, long pause, so I gathered that she meant "okay pull to the window for it" so I pulled around to the window. A red haired girl with glasses brought our drinks and snapped "Next time you need to wait until I say pull to the window before you come, I was trying to ask you a question!!" I said "Oh I'm sorry, you said okay and nothing else so I thought you meant pull on up" and she cut me off explaining myself and snapped "it's fine" and shut the window in my face and left! We will not be back to this location!
