  My son and I were coming here daily after his school for years .. but it’s become hit and miss depending on staff 2 separate occasion recently.. first one i got wrong orders when I’m literally the only person in drive through not a big deal but when after I asked them to fix it they still got it wrong … a different time I was there staff was just kinda hanging out line was piling up … as a business owner I would be upset if I had 5 people working there and people weren’t getting rung up

  Run inside to taste test all the flavors then use the drive thru when you have your regular order memorized. 👌note for those with dietary restrictions: unsweetened tea as well as dairy free milk options available! Staff are always friendly and helpful. 1/2 off teas during happy hour can’t be beat. Love this place.

  I absolutely love HTeaO. If it's your first time, get the app. You will receive your first tea for free. Points add up quickly for more free cups or even gallons. All there tea is great as is there hot drinks (inc. coffee). They also have small cups available to sample the different options before you decide what to purchase.

  This used to be my favorite location in Oklahoma... I have been going since the grand opening and always pleased with my experiences... But Sunday evening I purchased a gallon and when I got home the gallon was so soured it smelled... I returned it yesterday morning was giving a new gallon and an apology but only to find out this morning this new gallon is also soured... I understand mistakes happen from time to time but I don't feel like this should have happened twice in a row and the fact that I mentioned I had to drive 20 minutes one way just to replace the bad tea the only offer I was given was to come in again and replace it with a fresh gallon I feel like a fresh gallon should have been offered the first time... I hate leaving bad reviews but I definitely will not be going back to this location sadly...

  I LOVE HTeaO. The tea is always delish. The lemonade is delish. The coffee is delish. The matcha latte had chunks of powder in it & the window employee couldn’t hear me because she had a headset on one ear & an AirPod in the other. But the tea is great!!!
