  Horrible actually 😩 we had not had taco Bell in a long while and I was craving it. 1st the app had a 2 person meal deal we tried, which was not customer friendly. 2 of everything yet when you take off or add anything it goes for both. Because he can't have cheese and I had to remove it from his which meant now I can't have cheese on mine. It would not let me change one. It changed both. So yeah that starts the yuck, then I go pick up. Not one word spoken to me, handed 2 bags and closed the window. I sat for a minute because as he closed it I was asking a question. "Does this have everything, did you remember to put the sauce in" you know the normal questions. I even honked because I like to be acknowledged. Stood at that window and never even looked at me. I was out of time and needed to go, I pulled over went thru my bag to take inventory and then went home without any of the sauces, the 3 items with steak had no more than 2 small and I mean small pieces of it in the item. The tortillas were so yuck that we had to get knives because it wouldn't even tear when bitten into or pulled apart. . we ended up not eating any of it, fed to the dogs and pulled corn dogs out of the freezer

  Best Taco Bell in the state. Amazing crew that makes you remember why you love Taco Bell by serving up consistently fresh, hot and delicious food. This should be a flagship store! Great job in small town Tecumseh!

  Absolutely terrible service always serving me the wrong food when I have severe allergies. My boyfriend went in to get it right and was treated awful like every time, this time an employee Hannah was being horrendous and then proceeded to take a picture of him and thought it was funny not the first time it has happened she also goes to school with him and bragged about almost killing me. Very frustrating

  They didn't ask if you had cups really for drinks and the atmosphere wasn't that great. I was shocked they had no cashiers. Didn't like that. At least one. And luckily I knew how to use the screens. It was okay, something quick to eat.
