  Absolutely terrible service always serving me the wrong food when I have severe allergies. My boyfriend went in to get it right and was treated awful like every time, this time an employee Hannah was being horrendous and then proceeded to take a picture of him and thought it was funny not the first time it has happened she also goes to school with him and bragged about almost killing me. Very frustrating

  They didn't ask if you had cups really for drinks and the atmosphere wasn't that great. I was shocked they had no cashiers. Didn't like that. At least one. And luckily I knew how to use the screens. It was okay, something quick to eat.

  They flat out don’t care. Poor quality food that’s just thrown together. Taco shells soggy. Tortillas always have a stale feel to them. Food is never hot, just luke warm at best. Won’t give you any sauce unless you ask for it. Extra chicken quesadilla never has extra chicken. They always leave off the jalepeno sauce. As expensive as Taco Bell is now, you’d figure you’d get a little better quality food. Attitude of the drive through staff is always terrible. And the last two times I’ve gotten a quesadilla, barely any chicken or cheese. Mostly tortilla. I haven’t had a good experience here since when they first opened. Low quality people making low quality food
