Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- SBslug bug3 days ago3.0Don't eat in late at night (8-11). Long wait for the food, which tasted great. However, the service is terrible. Forgot our cookies and an extra chicken strip we ordered. We overheard the cooks in the back accusing us of all kinds of different things and bitching about us.
- RLRipley LanierOct 3, 20263.0When you order on line and say "Light ice" on a drink it typically means you want maybe a 1/4 cup of ice. Every time at this location I wind up with a cup full of ice. I know in the policy and procedures manual it says how much ice to put in a cup, filling a 44 Oz cup 9/10 full of ice means I just paid for more ice than drink. Its stealing from your customers and isn't fair unless you want to lower your drink prices to reflect the lack of drink.
