- TTTainiabellydance4 days ago2.0Normally, there great but the team was very slow or just understaffed for a Saturday. They couldn't figure out what drinks they just made. It took for ever and they made wrong. Looked only 3 people were working. They may need extra people working on a Saturday. They only had one person making smoothie. At least the smoothie tasted good.
- AKA KNMay 13, 20261.0They used to give adequate portions in their bowls in comparison to the price. But now they only fill to the orange line. Which is half of a bowl! Ridiculous. When I asked for a refund the employee said she didn’t know how so she called her manager. The manager said she would be in the next morning to do the refund. Unacceptable. It seems poorly trained young kids are left by themselves to run the business. I used to frequent this establishment. I’ve had portion sizes be a constant problem. Wait times can be up to 40 mins. And things being made wrong or not made at all. Sad but I will not be returning. I spend to much time taking things back that were made wrong.

My kids do not like chicken on the quesadillas and every time we order a kids cheese quesadillas it’s always with chicken. If we order a smoothie bowl it’s also always wrong. This never happens at the Muskogee location. Not sure how difficult it is to read an online order. These orders are not even special orders. Simple basic order.
