  I pulled into the drive-thru for my online order as I was coming in at 12 and I knew they closed at 1; so I figured it would be easier for them instead of waking out to me. I pulled through, was asked to wait a minute, and said “okay” I proceeded to wait 6 minutes before saying there was another car behind me waiting to play their order. No response. Around 10 minutes, a car pulled in to the stall. At 12:18 that truck left with their food and I asked if anyone was going to take our order. No response. At 12:21 I pulled into the stall for my online order. “Rachel” finally brought it out. I work in customer service/ food industry and this is the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Absolutely ridiculous. My order and “Rachel” could’ve been finished a lot faster if she had responded the first time after 5 minutes.

  Just went through the drive-through and placed my order got my order in the sack pulled up to check it. It was the wrong order. I pulled them around to a stall and told them they gave me the wrong order. They did not make it fresh. They had already handed my order to somebody else and then turn around and brought it back out to me. That is just nasty. I trashed it have nothing good to say about this place.

  Quite literally the worst business I’ve ever seen, ever. Not sure who the franchise owner is, but they must be using this place as a tax write off, because it’s so incredibly mismanaged in amazed that it is run my adults. Since the new owners/remodel, I’ve not had one good experience. It’s post-apocalyptic over here. Go to the other one. If I could leave negative stars you best believe I’d be spamming them
