  The food is good, but the services is far from that. If you pull into a stall it takes forever to get them to answer to take your order. If you go here your best bet is to go through the drive thru.

  Obver half of the monitors don't work and the only available stall #12 the monitor was upside down and the drinks menu is backwards installed on stall. It took over a minute after pressing red button even though there were only 5 vehicles here. Amber was friendly, also no mints.

  If I could give zero stars I would. I genuinely do not understand why this specific sonic takes a really long time to bring out one drink. At a stall or in the drive thru it doesn’t matter. If I come to Sonic I have to expect to be here for 20 minutes or longer… even when there’s no cars in the stalls. I’m not sure if they are just short staffed or what but if they are they must have been for a long time. I love Sonic but I will be going elsewhere until they get things under control. Someone needs to get corporate involved.

  As some have stated. Your food is awesome when it's done right. This last visit was not up to par. Food was cold and all of the modifications I placed were wrong. The one item I requested to not by on my burger was the only thing on it. Not to mention waiting 20 minutes for my food with almost the entire lot being empty. Please get it together.

  Literally still sitting waiting on 3 shakes. I have been here for almost 20 mins. What happened to first come first served?!?! because I have watched plenty of other cars come and go. Yall really nees to do better. Tried to talk to the car-hop and was ignored and dismissed. I won't be back
