  Ordered ahead on the app and got the feeling they’d just started our order upon arrival. Waited 15 mins for burnt food.

  They are patient and very understanding! We come in big groups sometimes and so they are very accommodating! The drinks are good!

  I’m honestly just getting tired of how often simple things are overlooked. I love the burgers from you all WHEN DONE RIGHT! I ALWAYS order through the app so that way I know my requests are documented. I always ask for NO tomato and NO onions. Last time I came, they put tomatoes on it. Easy fix for me since it’s normally just two slices. BUT THIS TIME AND THE TIME BEFORE it’s like they’re purposely adding extra onions. It’s just so potent and overwhelming that it ruins the meal for me. Also, no pickles on the burger for why?? I gotta find a new burger place after this because how does this happen almost every time I’ve gone lately??!

  I pulled into a stall to order and didn't get a reply. I moved to another stall and didn't get a reply. I got in line at the drive-up, to place an order and still didn't get a reply. I spent twenty minutes trying to place an order with no response. I won't return. Bye bye Sonic.

  I love Sonic. The carhops are very nice, but the service is really slow. The food is also starting to not be as good as it use to. Before the footlongs would be the absolute best, but recently, my husband got one and it tasted as though it was made hours before we even ordered it. On a lighter note, the sonic burger meat is the best over any other fast food place in my opinion.
