  Worst sonic experience ever sat for 20+ minutes waiting on my food my girlfriends sandwich had a disgusting amount of mayo and onion on it burger was inedible and my coney was clearly put in the fryer which I know is a BIG NO NO as a former sonic employee, also did a DoorDash order earlier and waited 15 minutes for 2 drinks to the point door dash was trying to get me to unassign the ticket although the server Keyan was awesome poor guy having to apologize to everybody

  There were only a few people there and my order took forever. I ordered ahead online and all I ordered was a shake. It said it would be ready by a certain time, but 15 minutes past my pickup time they still hadn’t even made it. Several people got their orders in the drive-thru while I was stuck waiting for mine. They finally brought it out after I had been there 20 minutes, just as I was about to leave because it wasn’t worth waiting.

  we came here about a month ago Order drinks through the app the stall wasn't working. It kept glitching told one of the carhops and asked them to bring a card reader out. If they could the carhop goes in three workers came out, one of them being a manager, and then went back inside. The carhop came out, gave us our drinks, and then the manager and the two other workers came out, telling us to leave that they were going to call the cops and will not tell us what we did wrong we left and called the store to find out what the issue was come to find out the carhop had went there and told the manager and two other employees that we cussed her out, which was not the truth, very unprofessional to threaten people with the cops without explaining what the problem is when we obviously didn't know what we did wrong on top of the poor service of sitting at a stall for 10 to 15 minutes waiting to place an order when they're not even busy

  Stopped for a happy hour drink, no food. The car hop came out to my car while I was waiting in line, loved that!
