  I placed my order about 45 minutes in advise on the website. I pulled up to the drive thru and a truck was literally sitting there waiting for their order I guess. So I parked and went in, they was very short staffed which was not a big issue. The issue was lack of customer service. The cashier took my money but did not update me and my food was supposed to be ready once I arrived. I asked her and she checked. No problem. But when she handed me my food it was with so much attitude. And instead of her telling the person parked in the drive thru to park and they will bring it out, or whatever the process may have been they allowed that person to continue to sit there. As I was leaving the next customers literally was complaining about the same person in the truck parked in the drive thru.

  Called in a order ,got to pickup line and waited in line for 25 minutes before the girl at the window comes and declares they are behind and it will be 5 more minutes. We pull to the side and wait 15 minutes before getting our order. 1 hour total time from placing the order to receiving it. Not happy at all ! Tahlequah pizza hut, you need to do better!

  Worst service in town. Ordered bread sticks for lunch and went to pick them up 30 minutes later. They hadnt even started them. Their excuse was there was only 2 of them. Then they let people order at drive up window and sit, clogging up the line during lunch rush. The "manager" was there, but not managing much.

  Food was cold no salad ask the young lady for more here 30 min no salad an forthy dollars is messed up. Never again
