  Its completely unacceptable for your employees to be Mad at the customer for ordering breakfast on the mobile app and then when we pull up before 10:30 tell us do we know that breakfast ends at 10:30. It’s just now 10:30 as im posting this and we made home before 10:30. If you do not want people ordering breakfast after 10 then stop advertising it until 10:30. YOU CANT EVEN ORDER LUNCH FOOD ON THE APP UNTIL AFTER 10:30!! Correct your employees or change the time. Noone needs attitude for order the only things possible in the app. Also I put in a order on a separate day at 10:20 and they cancelled it and wouldn’t answer the drive thru until after 10:30

  I’m thankful since you guys have been so bad at preparing the once so called # 1 fast and covenant meals so poorly with cold ff and buns so stale I can report I haven’t been in almost 6 months to eat at any McDonald’s anywhere. I would probably end up experiencing the same thing at other locations as well. Corporate needs to come to this location and shut it down.

  Placed an online order, went to the 2nd line. They proceeded to let 3-4 cars go each time for the 1st line, having the 2nd line wait longer and serving people who got there after me and other cars. I waited 15 minutes in line which I wouldn’t have had a problem with if they were taking turns serving cars in each lane but that wasn’t the case. Sweet tea is barely sweet, fries aren’t fresh basically soggy which shouldn’t be with how long I had to wait. I usually never have a problem with this place but my service today was absolutely ridiculous.
