  No good 5-12-26 got here at 8:20pm and the time right now is 10:00 and still no food they took our order at about 9:14 pm, and some of us have to work very early in the AM dont think I'll be back this place for a long time

  We arrived about an hour before closed, and understandbly so they were not happy. The waiter who took us to a table tried to sit us at a table that had not been cleaned since the previous customers and was very dirty, but she did allow us to pick our own table which was clean. Our server Jessica, visited our table very few times. She did not offer refills on our drinks, and when she came back after our bottomless appetizer was gone she did not hear us ask for a refill and did not offer one. By the time she came back with food, she handed me my friends food and took a different 6 piece back to the kitchen so I was left waiting an additional 7 minutes for my food. One of the other people we ate with had a hair in their food, and nobody was offered silverware. When Jessica came back out with the last food item she forgot the Mac n cheese that was ordered, when she returned with that it looked and tasted like it had been sitting longer than the rest of our food under a heat lamp. After all of this, we asked once again for a bottomless appetizer refill to which Jessica responded the kitchen was closed. Jessica does not even try to give customer service, however Dillon the manager working tonight made it right by giving us the bottomless appetizers for free among other discounts.

  We arrived around an hour before close, they got our drinks mixed up, food mixed up, there was a hair in my food, the waitress didn't give each person the food they ordered they left us to figure it out, the floor looks like it's never cleaned, they were out of two of the menu items we wanted, and the waitress took so long to get back to us (nearly 20 minutes) the kitchen was already closed and we couldn't even get seconds on the bottomless appetizers. We never got offered refills or more appetizers.

  Placed an online order for lunch at 12:30, it said it would be ready at 1:00 so I showed up to the store at 1:05, thinking surely it would be done by then. It was not lol!! Talked to someone twice and was told my food would be right out then had to wait 40 more minutes. Also a woman who appeared to be a manager was sitting at the bar chatting with someone instead of helping with the obvious rush the store was having. So if you are placing online orders keep in mind that it will not be done when it says online and you will be ignored unless you track someone down and then it's still iffy.

  If I could give zero starts I would, the front staff was nice the kitchen probably not so much. I ordered take out, I waited 5 minutes for my food (not a big deal at all) but explain how my food barely got brought out and a 30 second walk from inside to my truck makes my food ice cold, the wings were so over cooked, and hard I was better off eating a rock, my fries weren’t much better. I ordered fried pickles and only got 5 pickles in a box my cheese curds were also burnt and hard. Only good thing was my kids Mac and cheese. Everything else was thrown in the trash. Take your money elsewhere.
