placed a mobile pickup order somewhere around 10:10 to 10:15 pm from the stall and immediately checked in. The app said it would be ready at 10:20. waited until 10:35 to hit the call button and ask about my order. got no response from inside had to hit the button half a dozen times to get a response. ponytail kid came outside and verified that I had placed an online order took notes on our order and said he would fulfill it, at this time everything was cordial and he seemed helpful. at 11:00 p.m. I drove around through the drive-thru window and everybody was doing anything but seeing what I needed at the window so I honked my horn and a young lady came up to the window and asked if there was a problem? I said is there a problem? do you know what time it is? she could not tell me what time it was so I asked her to look at a device and tell me what time it was so I could tell her how long I had been waiting as my phone was dead. Then ponytail kid came up to the window and asked if there was a problem then I began to tell him exactly what the problem was, after being cordial in our first conversation I did not have quite the cordial tone the second time. I let him know that he had served dozens of vehicles after I had raised my concerns and he had verified when my order came in and he proceeded to tell me that they had ordered first. the odds that dozens of vehicles had ordered prior to 10:15pm and the Sonic continued to have continuous flow of traffic coming and going the entire duration is just highly improbable. I asked for my $22 refund for their ice cream I was no longer interested in and he proceeded to tell me that he cannot refund me.

My only issue was trying to use the app to order items that were available once you got there and also didn't match the online menu. I had coupons in the app that I couldn't use when directly ordering at the drive-up.

Whoever is making the drinks doesn't care. Ice to the rim so I got about 3 ounces of lemonade to drink. What's even better is the 50 cent upcharge to add strawberry. And then you add the strawberry to the top of the ice? Does it take a genius to make a drink?
