  Manager is extremely rude after getting my order wrong. They were going to take a cherry limeade I had already tried back into the store and add “dirty” just letting you know that’s ILLEGAL & unsanitary. As someone who frequents sonics, completely dissatisfied with this one. These workers truly need some customer service education. Especially, THE MANAGER.

  The manager got hateful about having to fix our orders. Then proceed to sit their and talk with staff about us.

  I ordered thru the app, when they gave me my food the order was not complete. The blasts I ordered were not there, took 15 minutes to get them sent out one was only filled half way sent it back. The food was cold at the point the blasts were brought out thre first time. Manager informed us the food should have already been eaten. She was very disrespectful.

  This sonic is under new management and all the new employees seem friendly and like they’re doing a good job turning it around. Grateful for this place in our small town since there isn’t any many options to get food.

  I went here to get my mom a sweet raspberry tea and when she tasted she said it tasted like coffee. I didn't believe her, and when I tasted it it she was right It did taste like coffee it was horrible.
