  Food is good. But when you order ahead it sucks to have wait in a drive thru for over 15-20 minutes nearly every time. I really dont understand why it takes so long. Most of my lunch is spent waiting in the drive thru. My lunch is mostly over by the time I drive off.

  Ordered online, so everything was in writing and should have been no confusion. They were not busy, so no excuses there either. The sandwich was poorly made, with very little meat or vegetables on it. I added cucumbers and banana peppers, neither of which were added. I had two slivers of onion and 2 very small tomato slices and the avacado spread was also extremely light. What I did get unstead of my banana peppers was jalapeños. That’s was shocking and not in a good way. Overall pretty disappointing experience and probably won’t use this location again.

  Whoever was working at 2:00 on June 8, 2026 made the best ultimate Italian I’ve ever had. Give me their schedule and I’m comin back everyday.

  They messed up my order and, instead of giving me two sides of Kickin Ranch like I asked, they completely drenched the sandwiches in it. When I talked to the manager, he just said that’s what they heard. Overall, really poor customer service and even worse execution
