  Staff were friendly, the lobby and bathrooms were clean, curly fries were kinda soggy. But I didn't want to complain.

  I ordered the Pecan Chicken Salad Sandwich and later that evening I had food poisoning. Cramping, diarrhea, etc. Have eaten that in prior years and it was fine. Never eating that again.

  So, this place has been up and down for us over the years. For a long time at 2 stars, then last year, we started back after years of avoiding and ended up raising my rating to 3 stars. Since then, we have actually started coming more often, and the food has been consistently better than in the past. After tonight's visit, I deleted my original review that has been back and forth for years and am starting fresh with a whole new one. It's been well earned. Currently, it is a great place to get enough to feed a family without breaking the bank if you stick to their specials as well as using the app. Tonight, the food was really good, fresh and well put together. I love the Arby Q's, when I can get them. The regular Roast Beef sandwiches are a great option when on sale with two 15 year old boys at home that need 2 sandwiches each plus sides lol. The young lady working tonight was excellent, friendly and helpful when we had an issue. We usually just order through the app and pick up inside. Tonight we went through the drive thru instead. We will definitely be back! Keep up the great work everyone!

  Ordered a double meal. I was only given the option of large or extra large. I was NOT GIVEN THE OPTION OF THE MEDIUM MEAL!!! Is it the policy of this franchise to deceive the customer? I like Arby's but i will NOT be back to the Stillwater location. This is not the first time this has happened.
