I have always enjoyed sonic but ours changed owners and has honestly went downhill in all areas.
I ordered a large popcorn chicken and it wasn't filled so I called back in. I original beeped in to tell them they forgot my marinara and she told me I couldn't have marinara unless it was with cheese sticks. The lady argued with me saying that I stole the popcorn chicken and said I was lying. She made me return my ranch. She was highly rude and confrontational. She would not refund my money. This was a horrible experience.

Since when did sonic become so stingy with giving out sauces😭 I politely asked for sauce and the lady asked if I ordered any on the app. No I didn’t. Even when we have ordered sauce, they either don’t pay attention and forget it or only give us one. Two sauces for a five piece tenders? It’s absolutely crazy that they have become this stingy.

My boyfriend and I stopped by this Sonic for a quick dinner, and unfortunately our experience was disappointing due to the customer service we received.
While placing our order, I initially ordered a large mozzarella stick and a cheese tot. During the ordering process, my boyfriend decided he actually wanted Combo #13 with a cheese tot instead. I politely apologized and asked if the order could be changed to the combo meal.
The employee taking our order, Rhonda, responded by complaining not once but twice about having to delete and re-enter the items. She then told me that next time I should “order it the right way” to make the experience easier for her. I explained that I wasn’t trying to make things difficult and that the change happened while we were actively ordering.
I understand that order changes can be inconvenient, but they are a normal part of working in customer service. What was disappointing was being lectured as a paying customer over a simple modification before the order was even finalized. The interaction felt rude, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary.
My boyfriend and I were so taken aback by the way we were treated that we just looked at each other and decided to leave without ordering any food at all. That’s how uncomfortable and unwelcome the interaction made us feel.
I hope management addresses this issue. Customers should be treated with courtesy and respect, even when they need to make a small change to their order. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression and is not the level of service I would expect from a business that relies on customer support.
ordered number 3 and an american dog with groovey fries, fries soaked in grease, hot dog cold burger patty was the same tempeture as the lettuce, car hop was surley, when asked about the 15 minute delay in getting order she replied "I am only one person" did not get reciept with order or I would have gotten a refund, did not check food upon delivery drove 2 minutes to city park in Skiatook to eat, could not choke it down, it was discusting, returned uneaten food to location, the unsweet tea was good as my wifes cherry limeaid, $20 for a bag of garbage plue a $3 tip, will not be back
