  I got a coupon for a free smoothie on 5/5/2026. I tried to use it today and was told it was expired. I didnt hassle anyone I said ok and paid the full price. I got back to work to see the name of the order, "poopie butt". I have been purchasing tropical smoothie almost daily since moving to Shawnee. Service has been declining the past couple of months. Some days they don't even recall me placing an order and I have to reorder at the window. Thank you to the original crew who have been providing me with great service and great food. Since the new crew came in, I will not be returning after this. I have no clue if my food has been contaminated at this point and threw the food away.

  The service here was amazing. The young lady came from behind the counter just to deliver my smoothie to my hand. I think I was thanked twice just for ordering a smoothie by the cashier and I believe the manager. Will definitely come back.

  I really love Tropical Smoothie usually, but lately their flatbreads have been overcooked and crunchy like a cracker. Very disappointed the last few visits. My daughter said she went yesterday and her cheese wasn’t melted in her wrap, so I think their grills are too high and things aren’t cooking properly. Lately, every time I visit the employees are either smoking in the back (3 of them together) or eating at a table. Today I walked in and a worker wiped her mouth quickly after taking a bite at a table and then handed me my food near the kitchen.
