  literally got too LARGE combos and for the side was tots barely got filled like it’s a medium and not a large also didn’t mention they were out of ice till after getting my order done

  Waited 30 minutes for 1 wacky pack meal and still didn’t get it! horrible service every time I go worst one in Shawnee imo

  Worse sonic in the state. Takes over 20 mins to answer the call button. When using thr mobile app takes about thr same time to bring the food out. Phone is always off the hook. Food is normally cold thr only reason I even go to this sonic is its on my way to work.

  Sat at the kiosk for 10 min, 2 cars in the lot and no response. Left the stall, drove around and employees playing around inside. Totally unacceptable. Horrible service.
