  My little girl ordered a Cherry slush with whipped cream and cherry on top they charged more for the the cherry and whipped cream than the slush how does tht make sense

  My wife placed an online order for mozzarella sticks, and a drink. Also added two marinara’s. We pull up to the stall, and wait 15 min after check in. We received the drink and mozzarella stick, but no sauce. So I pull to another stall, and push the button.(no button on online order poles). I asked for sauce and they said you will have to pay for it. I said I already did. So the manager comes out, and says give me your receipt! I show the lady the receipt on the phone and she throws the marinara into my vehicle, and walks off. I didn’t tell the lady to apply at sonic! If you hate your job you should quit! I will never go back to sonic. Also my work has food sometimes catered from there. That won’t be happening anymore. Do better sonic management! I didn’t choose to be 35 years old working a minimum wage job, you did!

  They do not provide easy ice. Even when asked. I want the drink with ice. Not a full cup of ice with very little drink.

  Tried to over charge me for a combo meal. Then the girl acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. Very rude! Will never return!! Food is always terrible here anyways. French fries not even edible..

  This place is straight up terrible. Zero customer satisfaction and their work ethic is non existent. Worst sonic ever!
