  One of my favorite things from Sonic is a dr. Pepper with chocolate. During the past couple of months, I have been swinging by on my way to other activities and getting my favorite drink and a snack. It has been consistently bad with the snacks having issues such as being overcooked or tasting old like it's been under a lamp too long. I have been given condiments that have nasty all over them from other exploded condiments. So, I quit ordering the snacks and just started getting the drink. Today was the final straw. My drink tasted so strong of mold that I couldn't drink it. It was disgusting and I won't be back.

  Great service,super fast, and super friendly, I had this server come out she was super sweet and very helpful. Food was fresh and hot!!!!

  Ordered two pretzel twists with cheese and tried to charge me extra for the cheese they didn't give me to begin with, a brownie blast and only got ice cream, and the server was rude when she came to my car.

  My wife placed an online order for mozzarella sticks, and a drink. Also added two marinara’s. We pull up to the stall, and wait 15 min after check in. We received the drink and mozzarella stick, but no sauce. So I pull to another stall, and push the button.(no button on online order poles). I asked for sauce and they said you will have to pay for it. I said I already did. So the manager comes out, and says give me your receipt! I show the lady the receipt on the phone and she throws the marinara into my vehicle, and walks off. I didn’t tell the lady to apply at sonic! If you hate your job you should quit! I will never go back to sonic. Also my work has food sometimes catered from there. That won’t be happening anymore. Do better sonic management! I didn’t choose to be 35 years old working a minimum wage job, you did!
