Had to call an hour later to find out they couldn’t find address. When called they brought out the same cold pizza that had been sitting for an hour. When called and told manager pizza was disgusting she refused to give me a refund. Terrible food. Terrible service.

I have to go looking for it. They are dismissive about 20-40 dollars for cold food at best, rude at worst. I have never gotten an apology. It has never changed. I really must stop ordering Papa John's.

I asked for Parmesan cheese packets to come with my pizza which is being delivered he answered$0.10 a pack. I declined. Won't recommend this Papa John's to anyone. I just hope it's hot when it gets here.. normally I love Papa John's..
