  Horrible customer service. They never complete orders and they are so rude!!! The bathrooms are disgusting, No one answers the drive-thru speakers, especially in the evening. Last time I sat there for 15 minutes and no one answered me. I will never be back to this fast food restaurant. If I could give 0 stars I would. Get new management!!

  Ordered breakfast cuz that was in the screen when I got there I get handed my food and it’s fries instead of hasbrown so I assumed I was handed the wrong order I look at it and shake my head and pass it to the lady and she says “What?!” I say this isn’t my order there are fries and then she asks for my receipt and then she hands me back the food and says “ we gave you a medium fry instead of hashbrowns because it’s not breakfast anymore. I don’t understand why we had the menu up if that’s not what I was gonna get and the lady was super rude about it. Usually have a good time at this McDonald’s but not today.

  Ordered a drink had no clue about it and I'm still waiting here at stall 2 after 10 minutes for a drink real impressive guys as I'm typing this lady comes out and tells us we have to wait another 8 minutes for machine to clean itself and isn't sure about refund since we payed on app if I could put no stars i would

  horrible service. redhead boy accused my friend of stealing food when all she did was grab our other friends foo while looking for hers. took 45 minutes whole time for two things. disgusting atmosphere employees sitting around blowing up and popping balloons soda everywhere and the redhead boy said “next time you want free food just ask we saw the cameras” you saw the cameras what? capture her grab her friends food? no brain cells whatsoever. why would we want to steal mcdonald’s bruh. then we called and asked for a manager and they answered and we told them we didn’t steal and they said “ok” and hung up. nothing else said.
