The happy hour is such a great deal too! Matt, the director of operations, helped us deal with a spill and was so gracious about the whole situation. We love the variety of options and flavors. There’s sugar-free and caffeine-free options that we love! 10/10 highly reccomend.

- KMKristina MaltosJun 15, 20262.0We love HTeaO and go there weekly. The manager however is a reason we stopped going as much. She is rude, no personality and does not care about customers. She wouldn't even let us have sample cups or fill our dog water bottle with water, WATER that costs nothing to make, nor would she let us pay for the water. We bought teas and the girls have always let us get some water for the dogs since they know we walk down there to get them some exercise. Showed up 5 minutes before 2 and she was so rude about making us wait for the 2pm happy hour, I'm fine with waiting but don't be rude about it. She needs to be replaced before she runs off all the loyal customers
