  The to-go service is trash.. why am I waiting in there like it's a dental appointment I was told to arrive 30 minutes early to. If I wanted to sit and wait around like it's the last supper I would have dined-in.

  Honestly they shouldn't have any stars. The service is horrible, they never have servers so you will set and wait for an hour and still not get to order your food. This has happened multiple times so it wasn't just a fluke thing. Don't waste your time going to this restaurant.

  I ordered on the app so my food would be ready when I got to the restaurant as I have a short time for lunch. I explained that I placed the order as a to-go order because there is no dine in option for the app and I have limited time, but would like to eat inside the restaurant. The Manager ,Tanya I believe, informed me that since I placed the order on the app I was not allowed to consume the food I purchased from them in the restaurant. I waited for over 15 minutes to get the food. The food tasted great but the attitude of the management and the "policy" of BWW is horrid.

  Walked in waited to be seated for about 7 mins. Works just stayed at you and said nothing. After being seated. Waited another 17mins and we left. Never going back bunch of employee and managers that don’t care!

  We love coming to Buffalow Wild Wings! When the wings come out hot and fresh that they literally melt in your mouth. And plenty of ranch dip to help cool them off before swallowing. Followed by a tall cold bottomless beverage that magicly stays full even when you are extra thirsty. Helps balance the pallet. If BWW had a weakness it would be keeping good staff. But Not here at Shawnee, Oklahoma I 40 exit 187. Here I would like to name two employees specifically. Ashton and Jo Jo. If you been here more than once you know who they are. They work together seamlessly. We never want for anything. One of them comes to see what we need ever few minutes. They make you feel like you are the only person in the restaurant. No request to daunting or ridiculous. And we have had a few request that would make most servers roll their eyes, and just say they forgot when they bring you the check.. "No complicated orders", No calling "Security". After a 15 hour day, the last think I want is an empty glass, cold food, or having to wait to get a fork to eat my wing. I just wanted to say to Buffalow Wild Wing thank you for awesome food and for picking two amazing ladies Ashton and JoJo to serve. Thank you ladies for making our long day better. These ladies are integral part of why we choose Buffalo Wild Wings every week
