  I love Arby's. All them are great. The customer service in Shawnee was great and the workers made you feel welcome. Great job Shawnee employees ya were awesome

  Food is great, just not right portions of cheese to sandwich. I've ate here twice and both time ordered extra cheese with my sandwich and its no where near or close to a double cheddar and beef. Enough meat just not right portions.

  It’s official; in my opinion; Arby’s “roast beef” is anything but actual roast beef. Not sure what’s actually made from but it tastes like some sort of rubbery synthetic roast beef stunt double. This place use to serve reasonably good roast beef sandwiches but no more. Of course they do try to hide the terrible roast beef flavor by drenching the sandwich in layers of football game nacho cheese sauce calling it the beef and cheddar. Folks save your pennies and avoid Arby’s - all Arby’s like the plague.

  I first went to the Arby’s on Kickapoo and walked out without ordering after waiting for 10mins and they wasn’t busy. But this one on Harrison was great. We was greeted as soon as we walked in got our order taken and it didn’t take them forever to make it. I don’t remember the girls name that took our order but she was super sweet and respectful.

  Went to the drive thru for sandwiches and they did not disappoint. The hubby likes the roast beef & I like the ham and swiss cheese. I am so disappointed they don't serve the chicken salad sandwich anymore! They were very friendly and very fast. Food was hot and fresh.
