  This is the 2nd time I've been here. The customer service is great, kind and freindly. The food was good, hot, and made quickly. They forgot to give me fries and I let them know, and they got me my fries quickly and even threw in a little extra for me, apologized, and were just genuinely kind. Making a mistake is never problem in my eyes(because I make them too!), especially when your doing orders everyday all day! Whats important to me is how you handle it, and thats why im writing this review. Thank for your great service.

  Used to be a good experience coming here, that is no longer the case. Came by recently and the drive thru worker was rude and snappy, as soon as I said the first item on my order she said “that’ll be $13.xx pull around” (I was not finished with my order). Then I was told it would be a five minute wait on the chicken sliders, no problem -except that after pulling forward and waiting for another 15 minutes an employee came out to tell me that they were out of Mac and cheese, then tapped her headset and said “oh never mind we still have Mac and cheese”, then after another almost ten minutes we finally got our order. About 5 cars had ordered and gotten their food in that time. Just frustrating and extremely unorganized, I was just trying to pick up some dinner and get my infant home, turned into a near half hour ordeal.

  Our food was very good this time around (we’re from out of town and have only been to this location a few times, but have always been pleased). Our cashier, a lady named Donna Sue, was SO sweet and helpful.

  slowest arby’s in the world it shouldn’t take 8 minutes just to talk to somebody to get my order through the drive thru the wait times are ridiculous.

  chicken slider was rock hard and sticking to the paper it was nearly impossible to get out and the gyro’s veggies were all either almost unripe or very old
