  Won't stop there again order to go they never gave me my food paid for it just gave me my soda for ten dollars and been trying to contact G M and that person won't answer the phone

  You guys need a new system on how ppl receive their food when they go inside and order, having a guy run around the place hollering your name isn't it especially when the place is packed with ppl and you have to maneuver around everyone to grab your order ugh

  They take the order, confirm it, and something is always missing—a hamburger or the fries. It seems like the hiring requirement at this place is to be incompetent.

  Impressive! We drove for 3 hours without a restaurant in sight! These days when there isn’t competition, you can just expect rude service but, they were respectful and hard working! These days food tasted good 👍.

  They need to hire more people and get these poor girls some proper help. There are too few people to keep up and the girl at the front had a line into the hall and would have to stop taking orders to go help in the back. That's not fair to the employees, as it stresses them out to the point of being overwhelmed and causes them get orders incorrect. They are doing their best to keep up, but they need more backup. Food was still fresh and didn't take long, but little mistakes reflect poorly on the quality and the overall and its not really their fault that they are understaffed.
