I placed a mobile order and the pickup time was 6:51 p.m. I pulled up at about 7:00. Maybe a little bit after. I did not get my food until 7:27 p.m. absolutely ridiculous. Just for the record I ordered two burgers, one fry, and two drinks. 36 minutes past the expected time is absolutely ridiculous. I'm in disbelief at the poor customer service. I will say the workers were nice since I had to call them down and ask them about my order due to the mobile stalls not having a button or any method of communication. I also did not get a receipt printed. Usually it's attached to the bag. I guess they didn't want me filling out a survey.

I’m a dasher and have picked up multiple orders where drinks shakes and food are not sealed up at all. Had to ask for stickers to do it myself. No customer including me want unsealed stuff that might have been tampered with. Seal up your to go orders. One dasher that is done picking up for you cuz that’s ridiculous. Bristow sonic where I live and dash regularly seals their stuff. So does everywhere else. No excuses for this

Did an online order for two drinks and a medium tator tot today. Took over 12 minutes past the pickup time and we had to go up and ask about the Oder which they said they were still working on the drinks. There were hardly any cars there so they weren’t busy. When we got our order the Tator tots were room temp and one drinks lid was barely on and drink all over it.

Rub as heck. Messed my order twice. Acted like it was my fault. Rude rude rude!!!!! To the owner instead of saying sorry on all the bad reviews fix your problem.
