  Lady at the window was rude. And I noticed she was being rude to the other staff. Don't know if she is the manager or what but that's not how you speak to customers or your employees.

  We pulled up at the drive through and said give us a sec. We sat there for several min and said hello? We ended up driving off and going elsewhere

  This was by far the most horrible experience I have ever had with ANY Sonic! To call your PAYING customer a liar then accuse me of eating half the food bc you throw the food in bags and don’t care so the half I was accused of eating was IN THE BAG! Then really told me I had to pay for the food again!!!! All bc cooks are too lazy to simply remake my order that THEY messed up. Absolutely RUDE! If you don’t like your job you should really get another bc when customers come eat at your establishment they are technically giving you your paycheck! I will say the young lady with dark hair and the septum piercing was by far the nicest! You honey deserve something better, sorry I didn’t get your name!

  Me and my girlfriend got 2 meals and waited over 30 minutes in the heat waiting for or meals then when I asked for an update on the food they said its being wrapped up now and took another 10 minutes only for the drinks to be wrong and had to wait again. Don't come here if you want fast food. You'd get food faster at a sit down restaurant

  I’ve had a long wait multiple times at this place once I waited 50 mins before finally going through the drive thru. The food is really hit or miss. I was craving a dirty soda but accidentally ordered at the wrong place because the app set itself to someone in Tulsa. I went through the drive thru to see if they would be willing to make it anyways as some stores will. I don’t appreciate the attitude I was given. I had to ask from the passenger side how to get a refund because the employee would not tell us and they got more irritated about not being able to hear me. I went to go reorder it through the app so I could use the half off deal and still get the drink, ended up having to pull around to the mobile order area cause they kicked us out of the drive thru. I’ve been a frequent Sonic customer my entire life as I grew up with it but I am extremely disappointed in the Sapulpa one ever since I moved here.
