  I pound a deep dish pizza into me with the new slice sauce from this location at least once a week. I’m talkin’ housing a whole pizza in one sitting. Dipping cheese into a cheese and milk sauce is heinous and I can’t stop, won’t stop.

  The employees here are great, they work hard and give amazing service! The food is mostly good. Anytime it's not ok or made incorrectly they are quick to remedy it.

  We had a very disappointing experience with our recent order from Domino’s. Our delivery was expected around 8:10 PM, but we ended up waiting over an hour past that time. While watching the order tracker, we noticed the driver appeared to be sitting in the parking lot for over 30 minutes. After waiting so long, I called the store to ask what was going on because the tracker still showed the driver there. When the pizza finally arrived, there was no knock on the door or notification that it had been delivered. We had no idea it was even outside. We checked once and didn’t see it, then later checked again and found it sitting on our porch. Because no one notified us, we have no idea how long it had been sitting there. The pizza itself was completely cold. Normally the box is very hot when you pick it up, but this one was freezing. When we opened the box, the cheese wasn’t even melted anymore, which made it obvious the pizza had been sitting for quite a while. We had to put it in the oven just to warm it up. On top of that, the quality of the pizza was very poor. The hand-tossed crust was extremely thin and didn’t rise like it normally does, the dough seemed old, and there was barely any sauce on the pizza even though we requested it. I called the store to request a refund and was told it would take 3–5 days. At this point, we’re very disappointed with the service, the delivery experience, and the quality of the food. We hope this issue is taken seriously and that the refund is processed.
