Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Service is hit and miss here depending on time of day and who they have working. I've had really nice people , like through the drive in window at times, and then again when I pick up sometimes, the person at the window seems like they have had the worst day, and are really peeved at something. I know Fast food business isn't glamorous, but it really doesn't deserve tossing things around inside. As with most Fast Food places, please check your order BEFORE leaving the place. Not always, but a lot of times something isn't done right, especially if you ask for no something on a burger or extra something on the burger...

Rude and not wanting to make food. Placed a order 10 minutes prior to walking to to the store and tell me it just popped up when I walk in. And upset that I even came in and ordered. These 3 dont act like they want a job at all. Specially the black dude that handles the front counter. The white chick manager needs to not shew people away.

That being said the store was looking good.. nice and clean.. my food was hot and fresh and service was super friendly I think her name was Bonnie that brought my food out.. Will return for sure!!
- JLJ LeaSep 30, 20261.0Worst service of any fast food restaurant ever! Gave us the wrong food and then acted annoyed to fix it. The food that was correct was cold by the time we had everything we paid for. Just gross! No apologies from staff, both people before me also had incorrect orders. Stay away!
