  I ordered my food and waited over 25 minutes before finally pressing the button to see what was taking so long. They cleared the button three times and finally answered. I asked if everything was okay and if they could check on my order. The response I got was, “We have one carhop, and we have a lot going on,” followed by silence. I don’t normally write reviews, but I’m sitting here now, over 30 minutes later, still waiting on my food. I don’t know what has happened to Sonic, but they are nowhere near what they used to be. This kind of service is extremely disappointing.

  Service was great, however we were unsure if it was even open, due to so many lights being out, the boards for ordering in the stalls half or more had no lights, it was one of the least lit sonics I’ve ever been to.

  Pushed the red button 3 different times and each time it said someone would be with me shortly. Finally after pushing it the 4th time someone finally took my order. But only after 2 other cars pulled up and ordered. Asked for a sweet tea. But they brought me unsweet tea..
