  If I could give ZERO OR A NEGATIVE STARS rating, I would! We ordered pizza from Pizza Hut in sand springs tonight because both of us are exhausted. The email says it should be here at 804pm (ordered at 739pm). 811pm, I get a text saying our order is on the way, yeah! 840, I get a call from the delivery driver asking where are we located. Ummm, really? I chat with pizza hut and after asking me a crap ton of info, they tell me there's nothing they can do. I call the store and the 1st time, I'm hung up on. The 2nd time, I get a guy on the phone and I tell him what's going on and he says, "WELL YOUR FOOD IS ON THE WAY. IT'S AN ESTIMATED TIME". Forty minutes? Thats not an estimation. When I asked for his supervisors and his name, he refused. He said they didnt have a corporate number or even belonged to s corporation. When I told him I knew that wasn't true, he put the phone down and left me there for 20 minutes and then hung up! I called back and got the call center who then tells me there's nothing they can do for me either. Not only was the service shit, but the wings were rubbery, and the breadsticks and pizza was cold and old looking. Never again will I order from pizza hut, more specifically 302 W 2nd st. Sand Springs, OK 74063. Daniel is the shift manager and Henry is the general manager. When I called the 3rd time, I got Daniel, the guy I spoke to the 1st time, on the phone and I told him I wanted a refunded. He says, "YOU BETTER BRING THE PRODUCT BACK UP HERE THEN!" He says it with his WHOLE chest too. I told him I sure as hell would! When we arrived, the door was locked. They unlocked it and someone pulls in behind us then parks next to us. He never gets out, but gets on the phone. I'm assuming he's the manager. When we got into the store, the tone was COMPLETELY DIFFERENT then it was over the phone. I sat the food on the counter and said I wanted a refund, presented the receipt, and then they walked off. No one said anything. I went outside to grab my phone and the man who pulled in after us was still in his truck, smiling on the phone. He never got out. As of 1036pm, we are STILL here waiting for someone to help us and give me my refund!

  I stopped ordering pizza hut for years, because every order was wrong or just a rip off. It was storming terrible and I had no groceries. I tried pizza hut again. AND IM GLAD I DID!!!!! Best pizza I've had in years!!!! Worth the high price. I actually just called the new owner to thank him personally. I managed a pizza hut in Colorado in the 90's, and this restaurant has their A game on! Thank them and give the guy a raise!

  Always friendly and courteous. Food quality is consistently good. I usually order extra marinara dipping sauce, and pay for it, but it often gets left out of my order.

  We ordered four pizzas and two different types of desserts and we just wanted to let you know that it was perfect. They were cooked correctly and we had some difficult orders in there thank you.

  I got the 10 dollar large 3 topping pizza and The bottom of the box had so much grease on it. Literally my whole pizza was soggy from grease my kids wouldn't even eat it.
