  Breakfast burrito I got this morning had been made for a while, It was stuck to the paper, plus I couldn't even open it to add salsa, the tortilla was dry and hard.

  I came in today around 3:pm and the food was just a nightmare. I ordered a bacon quarter pounder meal, a apple pie and a cookie. The cookie and apple pie were clearly old and stale, the cookie was hard as a rock and barely chewable, the pie was cold, hard, stale and the inside was as tough as a gummy and looked like Laffy taffy when pulled apart. The burger had to be the worst, not only was it cold but there was paper in my burger. All the kiosks kept breaking every time you tried to place a order and when you went to the counter to order it'd take up to five minutes for someone to help you, I can understand being busy but this service and food was unbelievable and was completely just a lack of effort or care

  they are always out of stock on the simplest things like kids meals, sprite....how hard is it to order a truck. this place has gone down here. their employees are not even reading the orders right. Charging me for stuff i never got. when i tried to get what i paid for they wanted to agure with me even though its clear as day on the paper receipt they gave me. worst customer service ever.

  Bear with me on this one. I don’t want to knock McDonalds, because it’s so good. I don’t care what other people say. It’s flat out amazing. Hits the spot every time. Anyways, I’m mostly sad because I played a lot of softball tonight after a long day at work, and I ordered a Big Mac, basket of fries, 2 apple pies, and a large sprite. I trusted them when they handed me the bag, and I drove home and was shattered to find that my apple pies weren’t there. Everything else was delicious. That McDonalds sprite hits different, but it was just slightly flatter knowing I didn’t have a couple of pies to top things off. I promise I’m not a piece of crap, and I’m still gonna love McDonalds, but I was definitely just sad. It was one of those moments where you’re eating a magnificent burger while munching on fries and sipping a delicious sprite, but there’s still a hallow pit knowing I was supposed to end my day with a couple of apple pies. I’m sure it’s an honest mistake, and I’ll be back tomorrow because I’m still obsessed, but I wanted you all to know how important your jobs are, because I depend on you for a little bit of happiness at the end of a long and stressful day. Kinda depressing, but I’ll be back again, but I can’t get let down again. I don’t think my heart could handle another heartbreak…
