  Sadly this was one of the worst Arby’s visits we’ve had. The staff forgot my French dip didn’t cut the sandwich. The Rueben we could not even chew primarily weird fat pockets in the meat. And the beef and cheddar had a single dot of cheddar that had been under a heat lamp for a long time. Arby’s is one of our favorite brands hopefully this location gets better. 😎👍

  Good food but the guy at drive thru forgot to give us straws and a few items were not included. We already drove home so not much we could do there

  Paid for 6 sandwiches online, received 4 in the store because they were "out of gyros." Wouldn't refund since it was online and was told to go through the app. Spent too much time trying to play their app BS and had to ask for replacement food. Never occurred to them that replacements are the minimum they should have immediately offered. Had I not opened the bag and looked, they were going to watch me walk out the door knowing I was being stolen from. The world is too messed up right now for someone to be messing with my money or food.
