  Food was hot, fresh, and the staff was super friendly. I had to wait for my fresh fries to cook but they were fabulous so no problems with the couple minute wait.

  Last night we paid our first and probably last visit to this location. We were hungry after eating a meal so decided to split a pecan chicken salad sandwich. The clerk had bagged our order by the time we drove to the window from the speaker. That should have set off bells, but it didn't. We parked and I opened the bag to get it out. There was a knife in it and an uncut sandwich. We were expected to cut it ourselves. It was a messy task. But the worst part was that the sandwich only had half the filling that we get at other Arby's. There are 2 that we frequent. Needless to say we were greatly disappointed...

  Got roast beef & cheddar. The cheddar smelled rotten. So I couldn't even eat my sandwich

  We wiped the fountain drink spout with a napkin and it was COVERED in black residue. We told them about it. The employee said he hadn’t been there in three days, the GM said she’s the GM of the a different store. Who cares??? Just clean it! The fountain drinks tasted terrible, the food was not good. It was disgusting!

  During our meal the entire staff was noticeably happy and really seemed to enjoy working here and with all of the other staff. The general manager, I think, was so so kind and made it a sweet memory for our kiddos instead of just a quick lunch on a road trip. The restaurant was very clean and our food was great! I don’t usually leave reviews but the manager went above and beyond!
