  Building looks nice big sign says lobby open 11-8 but it’s 12:30 pm and the place is locked up tight so make sure you just want to see the building no food.

  We arrived for lunch on a Monday and it was closed. No signs no explanation. There was another family that showed up as well to find it closed. Seemed very odd!

  I’m extremely disappointed with Pizza Hut. This is now the third time (or more) that I’ve ordered wings—both through delivery and carryout—and they’ve been served completely burnt. These aren’t just “extra crispy”; they’re overcooked to the point that they’re dry, blackened, and barely edible. What’s even more frustrating is that someone looked at these wings, boxed them up, and decided they were acceptable to serve to a paying customer. Quality control should never allow food like this to leave the kitchen. After multiple bad experiences, I can’t keep giving this location the benefit of the doubt. If you’re ordering wings, be prepared for the possibility of receiving burnt food. I expect much better from a restaurant that charges the prices it does. Update: I called and spoke with the manager, and I am beyond disgusted by what I was told. After explaining my concerns, she admitted they have not changed their fryer oil. They knew they were cooking wings in dirty oil and were still serving them to customers anyway. That is completely unacceptable and honestly disturbing. I demanded a refund, which I did receive, but that doesn’t excuse knowingly serving food cooked in dirty oil.
