  Unfortunately, this location has been consistently disappointing. They frequently forget to include sauces with our orders, which has happened multiple times. The pothole in the drive-thru is also a major issue and really needs to be repaired, as it’s difficult to avoid and could damage customers’ vehicles. To top it off, I ordered a cherry turnover but was given an apple turnover instead. Since I’m allergic, this wasn’t just an inconvenience it was a serious mistake. I hope the team can improve their attention to detail and address these ongoing issues.

  I could have sworn that there were rules at drive-thru's about time limits...can I assume that they are still in place but being broken because at least every other time I visit the prypr location I have to pull up and wait. I am pretty sure that this shouldn't be happening and it is probably keeping reports from going up that would get people into trouble, but also get more help that the location obviously needs.

  I purchased a Classic sandwich and Curvy fries and an ice tea through drive up window. Got the meal quickly. I was very leary when there was no warmth coming from the bag. We left there and started to drive to another town. After getting underway I got my sandwich out of the bag and fries. They were luke warm at best. The fries weren't even done, they were limp. My husband asked if I wanted to go back. We did not. It was late and headed home. Check to make sure your food is fresh.
