  Just left there. I knew better than going back. They mess it up every single time. I checked my bag before I left. How do you forget the fries? Got home and realized there were like 20 pickles on the burger but no other veggies where the one I ordered with no veggies didn't have ANYTHING but a burger patty. No cheese, no ketchup or anything. Seriously is it that hard to fill an order? I've worked and run fast food restaurants. It's not that complicated!!! Id also like to add that by the time we got our fries we originally ordered, the rest of the food was cold. And I'm also curious your method of making shakes. Is it normal to have two inches of shake and six of whip cream??? I promise absolutely none of this is an exaggeration. Just absolutely horrible. $30.84 for what? Money I'll never get back. Needless to say hours later, we are both sick. Thanks a lot

  The good about this place is the drinks are always good. The food not good. We've tried it a few times over the last month or so. We've gotten snacks, full meals, etc. The food has been cold. It has been gross. I have literally ordered the food while sitting in a stall and it comes out makes sure we have everything. We usually get everything. We get home (not far at all) it's all cold. Not even warm. Like gross cold been sitting there for a while. I ordered a couple weeks ago. Bought 3 kids meals w adult meals and cheese sticks. Everything was cold. We dont even live 10 minutes away so if it was mad fresh it should still be hot by the time we got back with it all. We tried again tonight. Ordered some food and went to family house. (Less than 5 minutes away from this sonic location) once again everything was cold. The fries and tots taste and look liked they were sitting for a while. This sonic needs a major change in how they serve food. Drinks are great. The prices are decent when using the app (which the app sucks also). But please if anyone actually reads this do better on serving hot fresh food. Most people dont kind waiting a couple extra minutes for hot fresh food. This small town doesn't have a ton of options.

  About 5 years ago I ordered a drink waited for 30 minutes for them to give it to me and than left I haven’t been there since and will never go there again
