  Food was great. Hot. Fresh. Very slow to answer the button. Pressed it. It ended up going off. Press the button again and waited. They finally took my order and then it said it was on the way. Waited. Screen ended up going away so I pressed the button again and a little after that they brought the food out. This is the third time this has happened at this particular Sonic. Again great food. I would say just be prepared for a wait.

  We ordered on the app, checked in and waited over 20 minutes. The screen cleared and I had to push the button to get my order sent out and then the burger came out with lettuce which I asked for none, and no bacon which I paid for. Not impressed with this visit.

  Cold food and rude evening management. I waited maybe 5 minutes before my food came out so there is no reason my food should be cold within that time frame. 2nd time this happened to me within a month
