Ive got a lot to say about this location. First off, and definitely most importantly is that Steph and Kaitlyn were EXTREMELY helpful, friendly and courteous. They went way above and beyond their job title and both were super helpful and very nice to me, even though I had a ton of questions. I accidentally interrupted them from doing their job a couple times because I talk to much and ask too many questions, and both if them handled it with the up most professionalism that any employer would want in every employee. They were so kind and helpful. I just dont know how to thank them enough. Second, I absolutely love your sauce sample program. Im used to getting some touches of sauce on a condiment to go lid so I can dab my finger in it or maybe a fry or 2, to taste the sauce. You guys give a whole boneless wing. That way people can really tell how it tastes on the chicken. Which one if the girls said to me when I was shocked to get a full piece. I wanted to try almost every sauce but I felt guilty to ask for more than 2 or 3. For 2 reasons. One, for making her have to go make me a fresh tossed wing for a sample and also having samples before I paid for anything. Im sure she would have gladly let me taste all the flavors and if I had, I wouldnt want wings anymore because I would be full. But I still think its a great thing that you do. It really shows that you care about your customers and want them to be 100% happy with their choice. Third, the restaurant was very clean up kept. No trash on the ground. All tables bussed and cleaned. The bathroom was kept up. This is also a reflection of the employees dedication to the job. Management can tell them what to do, and the shift managers and staff can do it or not. The cleanliness of this place tells me that the employees take pride in their job and where they work. Finally, I want to commend Steph and Kaitlyn again for the excellent customer service and excellent attitude they had while at work. Everyone has been to a food place where the employees just barely do their job to get a paycheck. I think these girls truly take pride in what they do and are legitimately happy to treat guests with respect and make sure everyone is happy. Oh, and you definitely need to keep that "Sweet Heat Chamoy" flavor on the regular menu. I was told its a quarterly thing and I'm happy I got in right before it ended, but I personally think it should be kept. I used to compete in many wing eating competitions years ago, so I've eaten a LOT of wings from a LOT of different places. That sauce is probably one if the best wing sauces that I have ever had, in my life, and like I said, I've had alot. I am anxious to try the new flavors coming up but there should be a way or a system in place, to incorporate a new sauce to the regular menue, if its really good and popular. I will definitely be back. Probably once a week or so, to try everything on the menu and try all of the flavors

Absolute poor management, manager left in the middle of a rush. I told him I was there for a pick up in 40 minutes later they finally grabbed mine off the shelf. Wouldn’t go back if somebody paid for it

I’ve Had good experiences in the past here on late nights… but I went to place a to go order at 11:30 and I called them, got put on hold for 5 mins all for them to tell me there “closed” when the door says midnight… look I work in serving and restaurant industry for years and we would never turn down anybody! regardless of tip or how long they stayed. I’m also only ordering one order for me personally not like family meals or anything crazy. Kinda annoyed if you’re gonna close early then change your hours or don’t work there if you can’t handle it! It’s your job not to stay late,, but provide customer service… not like I’m walking in 1 min before you close or anything.
