  I waited 20-30 somthing minutes just for two dr.pepers and there was no other customers there. and it seems to happens everytime no matter what.

  Got 2cheeseburgers and a large diet coke or whatever that was, not sure. It's the worst sonic meal I've ever ate. Poor girl made 4 or 5 trips to car and still bad.

  My family loves to go to Sonic for treats and drinks, especially during happy hour. The last few times the wait was extremely long for just drinks. We brushed it off as a happy hour thing. Today we pulled up to the speaker at 3:38pm. We pressed the button to order and a lady came over the speaker and said “thank you for choosing Sonic we are not taking orders right now.” We were confused as food and drinks were still coming out of the kitchen and being delivered to the cars around us so we asked if it was all orders or just certain orders like food. No response. We got on the app and it allowed orders. We had 3 cars pull up (2 in mobile pick up, 1 next to us) and they were able to receive their order with no problem. We pressed the button again and were told “we are not taking any orders.” And we quickly asked if it was food or drink or all, with no response again. A server was going back towards the kitchen and I rolled my window down to ask what was going on since all the other cars seemed to be placing and receiving their orders. He stated “there’s only two of us and we have too many orders so we arnt taking them right now.” I asked if it was food or drink orders and he responded saying all orders. I asked how everyone else was able to get their orders in and he said that if you mobile order they have to take them. I said oh okay so we can do drinks and food on the app but not in person, and he said yes but expect to wait a long time. Another car pulled up shortly after that and they were able to take their order, but at this point we had already been there over 10 minutes. Sonic used to be our go to place, but now it’s not going to be an option for us after our last 3 experiences with wait and this experience with being told they arnt taking orders but are taking orders from all the other cars and mobile orders.

  GO TO SONIC ON 86th Street!!! We ordered on the app and came through the drive through and the lady at the window literally got an attitude with us and told us that next time we need to park literally yelled at us you could see her complaining to her coworkers about us literally UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Worst customer service ever

  Based off of the previous reviews, I'm not surprised that I had terrible service. The lady who took our order was so annoyed and you could hear it in her tone. She kept asking after every item if I was done, got very snippy when I still had things to order and gave me my total before I finished ordering so I was missing an item because SHE was done. So I truly hope they enjoyed making all the drinks that I ordered for my family only to walk out and find out I was gone.
