  lady who doesn’t speak any english took my order then left me at the pay window for 10 minutes because she didn’t understand my order? (it was a large diet coke and large fry btw) so then i finally drive up to the next window bc idk what im supposed to do and then that lady has had my food the entire time and now it’s cold and she’s pissed at me for waiting at the first window? when the other lady literally told me to wait there?!

  What the hell has happened to McDonald's? I walked in and there were no employees in sight. I ordered my breakfast from the touch screen, paid on the kiosk, took my receipt from the printer, and waited in the sad little lobby with the cheapest possible furniture until an employee tossed a paper bag with my meal up on a shelf for me to take as he disappeared behind the wall. Absolutely no customer service. Basically, McDonald's has become a vending machine for microwaved food and is no longer a restaurant. So sad to see this company deteriorate so badly over the past several decades.

  Disgusting…. Fries are cooked to stone, or raw. Burgers are so dry I recommend buying 2 large drinks per burger, Or going to Brahms next door. It always tastes bad, getting food poisoning from here is the reason for my comments. There is no costumer service, the tables inside are always dirty. I live down the road so I use to go there almost everyday, now never. Please stop supporting this restaurant, something needs to be done.

  ⚠️‼️⚠️‼️I eat at this location very often, and often i am disappointed. I am a proud big back, trying to make my back bigger and you guys are constantly playing with my food. Fries so stale they make my grandma look young, sandwiches so dry they make Potpies biscuits look like a refresher, I got the breakfast burritos and it actually looked like regurgitated slop, it made me sick as hell and when I looked at it, it made me sicker. idk if it was the large recent staff replacements or what, but regardless. Get a grip people. ⚠️‼️⚠️‼️

  any 5 star reviews are worker or secret shoppers. my boyfriend and i arrived at this McDonald’s ordered just nuggets, a drink, and a icecream; on the screen due to nobody EVER being at the counter even when needed. we have been waiting for approximately 30 minutes and people who have been here since we got here (assuming by their attitude theyve been here a while aswell) sitting anxiously waiting on their food aswell. 3 doordashers have been here waiting and when they rang the doorbell they were ignored for about 5 minutes. it is very hot inside and the workers (especially the manager) are very rude and dismissive. The older mexican lady (the manager) is veryy disrespectful and indeed tried to take your money with any chance she gets. we tried to get out drink while waiting on nuggets and a cone and she was on the phone and has been the whole time. im tired of this mcdonalds being so ignorant and rude. ive had multiple problems with them before and they continue to get worse.
