took my kids here for a meal break that's where they wanted to go so we went in and ordered our food from the kiosk I paid grabbed a number and sat down at one of the tables. the white dude that served us brought out our drinks cool no big deal then he brought out the food asked for the table number I handed over to him when he asked and he snatched it out of my hand. and acted like he hated his job! my oldest son asked for more food so I ordered him some more we waited patiently the guy then called our number and we went and grabbed our bag to go we made sure it was all in the bag and our nugget were smooshed like the box got punched before being placed into the bag and also out of the box be kept staring as we were checking the bags. he kept looking like we were wrong for ordering more food to go because my son was still hungry! let alone hated his job looked miserable for wiping down tables.

If I can give it a 0 star I would. This McDonald is so incompetent. We always have to wait 25+ min for our food (our order is almost always 2 cheeseburger meal and 10 piece nugget). We’re always told to pull up and wait for our order. The fries always comes to us stale and cold. The few times that we have been to this McDonald, they always almost never have ranch and whenever we pay with cash, The employees don’t know how much change to give Back. One time we waited 30 minutes and they didn’t bring our drinks with our order. Had to wait another 10 minutes to get our drinks. WOSRT MCDONALD EVER!!!!

The Garnett location is horrible. The manager I delt with was even worse. She wouldn't provide her name so I could file a corporate complaint. I will provide more information when I am able to spend more time on it

This is by far the worst McDonald's ever. Everytime we go one part of the order is missing and another part is completely wrong. Plus this location is slower than molasses. I could go to Texas roadhouse and have them cook a steak faster than I can get my order at this McDonald's!
