  Understandably, they don't check on tables or the front counter that often, because all orders at this location are either done online or on the kiosk or drive thru. Be sure to ask for everything you need once they bring your food out, or you may not have another chance to get it for a while. Great food, and very clean lobby and restrooms.

  the person coeaning the bathrooms today at 3:10pm deserved a RAISE! cleanest bathrooms smelling fresh and clean looking great it makes the experience alot better kudos to the cleaner ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Sorry but when u order moblie and wait 35 mins walk in ask for your food they messed up tried to give me table 3 order I corrected them before I touched any of it they even messed up table 3 order then gave me a frozen coke instead of a frozen dr pepper the lady said take it and I'll bring u out the frozen dr pepper I went back in 7 mins later for the frozen dr pepper the manager then handed me a frozen coke again when I said I need a frozen dr pepper he flat out told me sorry we don't have frozen dr pepper 40 mins waiting on a moblie order sitting in the parking lot as the drive thru came and went. Guess moblie order doesn't do anything When this mcdonalds came it was great now it's just trash

  20 min wait time average. No one is ever upfront to help you. Kiosks only. I’m not sure what happened, even 116th and 76th- heck, Walmarts location has better customer service. You can never just get in and out unless you use the drive thru. Ordering online takes A LONG TIME. Ordering inside- GOOD LUCK. You’ll spend 30+ mins waiting for your order and getting help is impossible. Look at the reviews. They’re not lying.

  I think this a pilot launch. Not having anyone at the front counter will not work - ever.
