  Food at this location is not as good as the other locations in Owasso it has been burnt, dryed out or bot fresh every time I come here

  We were here from about 10:20-10:40 this morning (08/22/2026) when this insane lady came into the restaurant and went off on the cashier when she learned she couldn’t get the Big Breakfast with Hotcakes for the price of the Big Breakfast. Apparently she’s never paid that price for the Big Breakfast with Hotcakes. She was insane, but the cashier honestly handled it very calmly and politely. I didn’t catch her name, but big props to the employee that did her part like a pro.

  Went in to purchase lunch purchased a large received a medium asked for light ice received a full cup of ice. Went inside to ask about it and to get on with light ice person behind the counter got moody and aggressively took the cup tree it down in the trash around the corner and stormed off. So they made a mistake thats not a problem the problem came when she got mad when asked to fix it. I call the number on the building and it takes you to some rebate BS instead of the owner so that leaves Google since there is no management solution available. Buyer beware!
