  This location is so hot inside! It was 90 degrees when I went in there. My cookie melted immediately. It looks clean and food is good but get the A/C fixed! Nobody wants to wait for a sandwich while sweating and definitely not eat in there!

  I don’t understand why lettuce keeps getting missed on sandwiches. It’s like the number one thing that goes on sandwiches yet they always miss it. Especially on the turkey tom. My wife orders that every time with peppers and pickles sub mayo for mustard. And it’s wrong more than it’s right. I don’t like to complain which is why it’s taken several failures to get me to say something but I doubt anything will be done about it. Most companies now a days are just ran like no one cares.

  If you order here just order online, they will make your food before the people that are actually in line. Watched multiple orders print and be completed while we sat alone in an empty store and waited for ours to even get started. Update: they got every one of our 3 sandwiches wrong as well. Upside they offered to remake them.

  We’ve not eaten here in a long time. We wanted to try their sandwiches for dinner. We ordered online. My husband went to pick up the order and waited a good 20min for a total of 40min from beginning to end. We ordered a giant chicken bacon ranch and a Reg Turkey Tom. When we opened the sandwiches you can see from the pictures that they were not wrapped correctly because all the toppings were spilling out. Every sandwich was that way. There wasn’t much chicken in the sandwich. The food was ok nothing special. We’ve had better sandwiches from other businesses. It was about $35 for 2 chips, 1 giant and 1 reg. I called to let them know about the sandwiches so they could be aware. I spoke to an employee who was very apologetic and offered to remake the sandwiches but we didn’t want to wait for that. We won’t be eating here again for some time.

  Is there a way to get a hold of the corporate office? I called and the manager gave me a website to go to but it's invalid. I just need someone from this location to be able to get corporate to send me a message needing a w2 from previous years. Thanks .
