  Of the 4 employees we were forced to deal with, 1 was pleasant. The most condescending, outwardly disrespectful and abrasive staff I have ever encountered. The way my wife was snapped at and the exaggerated hand gestures made towards her, to the absolutely miserable cashier and drive-thru worker that were snapping and giving disgruntled facial expressions, making their frustrations very clear through their projected private conversations, proved to be a series of events that will guarantee we never return.

  I paid $6 for this guacamole, and honestly I was disappointed. The portion was very small for the price, and it did not look like the picture or what I expected when ordering. There was also a chunk of what looked like lettuce/filler inside, which made it feel lower quality. For $6, I expected a fresher, better portion and better presentation. Not worth the price in my opinion.

  Ordered food for event to be delivered for 30 people. Food arrived by door dash. Chipotle did not send plates, silverware, napkins…zero things to serve and eat food. All items were ordered. Driver ASKED if items were in boxes and they told him yes. Store too far away to go get items. Called store and they were not concerned about problem.

  there is one worker that is very incompetent and doesn’t put the right portions, and there is always hair in my food.

  I genuinely enjoy visiting Chipotle, my experience is always good. However, this time, my experience was quite different. The portion size of the food was significantly smaller than what I had expected, and the service provided by the staff was disappointing.
