Today I picked up a waffle sandwich, they forgot the syrup. I also ordered a chicken noodle soup, it tasted FOUL like I had to spit out the first bite disgusting. Also got a regular chicken sandwich and the chicken patty in it was extremely soggy and hard. Really disappointing.

I asked for the southwest salad without chicken, which I can easily get at any other chick fil a location. However, I was informed that the owner of this location doesn’t allow that. Apparently you used to be able to get a salad without chicken but they have since nixed the option for that to be possible. By the conversation that I had with the restaurants’s representative, it seems that the owner has something against non meat eaters.

Some salads have bacon and you are told they do not make them there so they cannot take the bacon off. However, if you are allergic to the bacon, they will make one for you without bacon. Cannot get spicy cool wrap or a fried chicken cool wrap. When you order a spicy cool wrap you get a regular one instead and are not informed of such. Other stores are glad to let you have the food your way. They also need to get the breading correct on the chicken. Take a lesson from the store at 71st and Garnet, which I think is the best store in the Tulsa area. AG will teach you some things.

While the menu is definitely pricey, the excellent quality of the food and the top-notch service make it well worth it.The only reason I rated the atmosphere 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the volume of the noise. A younger staff isn't an issue at all, but some of the general chatter and nonsense among the team was being talked about so loudly that it carried right into the dining area. I feel a bit bad penalizing the whole team over it since the food and service were genuinely fantastic, but toning down the volume of the staff conversations would make the dining experience truly perfect. I will definitely be back!
