- AAAliMay 1, 20262.0This used to be such a great location. We would prefer this location over any location there was and that’s just not the case anymore. The managers do not seem to care nor are they concerned with using common sense on simple task. If you go in the evening, it’s all kids and even the management team seem like they are young And seemed like they haven’t been trained properly to handle the position. This location is always out of things. Salads. Drink carriers. Etc. The bathrooms are usually absolutely filthy and the mats that they put down in front of the toilet are absolutely disgusting. The trashes are usually completely full in the bathrooms and out front. I have firsthand watched how the employees are rude to pick up order customers. I would assume that this restaurant has gone downhill because of the lack of management at the top because of how it is being ran now. After today, It was our last straw… we will choose to go to Roy’s, Cains or Slims moving forward.

She made me feel seen and heard and also was so funny telling stories while taking care of customers. Every person she talked to left with a smile and not just because the food was good! Somebody give her a raise!
