  EXCELLENT concept for Mediterranean food. The ingredient choices are delicious and quality. Great healthy option in a world of preservative crap. Their food is fresh and you can get it how YOU want it with the ingredients you like. Think Chipotle - only it is Mediterranean instead. Quick. Affordable. And they have outside seating as well if you want some sun while you eat. I almost forgot. Fresh flavored teas as well so you can avoid the soda.

  I recently tried Cava for the first time and am now hooked. Great environment and some of the best food I’ve had - especially considering the macros. I love trying a new combo every time I order. My favorite part about Owasso Cava specifically has got to be the staff. Heather in particular stood out to me tonight. Every time Heather serves me, I leave with a smile on my face. She greets me when I walk in and is very friendly throughout the whole process. Not to mention, she makes a great bowl! I definitely will, and have, recommend this Cava to anyone looking to try a new place!

  This place is absolutely dreamland for excellent customer service!! By name; Jamison, Lexie, Isaiah, and Wendy.... and the entire remaining staff. I always leave the this place with the same question; how did they manage to hire amazing employees that treat the business as if it was their own? Prefect staff for the perfect business. They treat me as if I was their only customer for the day. From start to end, I leave with employees still wishing me a great day as I exit the their building. Absolutely unheard of customer service that is personalized to each customer! Thank you everyone and the Cava company for selecting best of the best to run this location!!   This evening, I got caught up in an art project at home and completely lost track of time! I always get Cava on Sunday evenings, and when I looked at the clock and saw that it was 9:48, I rushed out the door hoping to make it in time! I was greeted by Heather, who helped me create my favorite bowl, even though it was less than 5 minutes before they closed. I appreciate the kindness and dedication of Heather to keep the store open so I could enjoy my weekly Cava fix!

  First time here. The service and the food were so good. Lots of options for protein, grains, they even had lentils an option in the base (I did power greens and lentils with chicken and steak and added grilled veggies to supplement all the other healthy add-ins. Corbin helped me figure out what kinds of flavors I would like to add to my giant make-your-own bowl and was just very nice and polite. He was good with the other customers as well, as some of them also hadn’t been there before. The flavors were very good and there were many options to cater to a variety of tastebuds. The grilled chicken was delicious. The grilled streak had great flavor. I loved that I could have as many toppings as I wanted (there were lots of options) and could add multiple dips and dressings when I couldn’t decide on just one. They had vegetarian options and spicy options, but I stuck with not spicy, which still had a lot a great flavor. And the blueberry lemonade was delicious! A little sweet, for those that may not like things very sweet, but I really enjoyed it. A little squeeze of lemon for those who don’t like sweet might just do the trick, but I loved it. Thanks, Corbin, for your help!! That was the best bowl of food I’ve had in a while. Will definitely be going back☺️
