- HPHailey Pacheco5 days ago2.0I went in at the beginning of October 2026 and visited in person because I know talking about cake design can be hard over the phone. The initial cake design that was ordered was a black border instead of white, with the chocolate chip giving off a blood effect using either black dye or red dye. I was pretty flexible about where the color combinations would go; I wanted to have a spooky horror vibe. Then in red, I asked for my husband's name and 'Happy Birthday.' I was told they could do that. I went to pick it up today, and it is absolutely horrifically not what I asked for. It looks like a child decorated the cake—with a full white base, no drip, and the red and black were sprayed all over it like silly string. It looks like a carnival cake for an elementary school kid. I am not going to lie, I am very livid. He asked for one thing and They screwed it up. The only reason it's not a one-star review is that the other two young ladies weren’t at fault. They gave me a discount but part of me feels it should not have been paid at all; the fact is, the cake is still ruined. If there is an older lady at the register, ask for someone else because this was lazy and ridiculous. I’ve been to other bakeries and asked for similar cake styles with different colors, and I know it can be done. This was just laziness. I will not be returning to order cake from this establishment. Just get ice cream.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
