I placed an order online and when I went to pick it up they couldn't find it. They informed me that they accidentally gave it to a DoorDash driver by mistake but they would remake it, no problem. When I finally got my food and got back to my hotel, my order was wrong. I had originally ordered a 6 piece of the hickory bbq, and what I got was 6 pieces of fried chicken sprinkled in Parmesan cheese??? They also tried to give me a drink that wasn't mine, 20oz what looked to be fruit punch, when I had ordered a 32oz fountain drink

NEGATIVE Star Review — Horrible Customer Service | Wingstop on 500 S.MacArthur OKC, OK
I had a really disappointing experience at this Wingstop location. I picked up my order and drove home, only to discover after opening the boxes that my order was incorrect.
I called the store and spoke with the manager, Trey. I explained what was wrong, and he told me that if I brought the order back, he would remake the wings. I explained that the fries were part of the bundle as well. He initially told me there was nothing wrong with the fries, so he would not remake them. I explained that it made no sense to give me fresh wings with cold fries or expect me to eat fries without the wings they came with. After going back and forth, he eventually agreed to remake the entire order.
I drove all the way back to the restaurant. When I arrived, Trey opened my bags and went through every item. Honestly, it looked like he was counting the wings. 😂 I stood there waiting and eventually had to sit down because the replacement order wasn’t ready, which was fine.
When the replacement order was ready, I asked one of the employees not to close the boxes because I wanted to check the order before leaving. Sure enough, one of the items was still incorrect.
Instead of simply correcting the mistake, Trey argued with me and insisted that was how they make it rather than acknowledging that it was not what I ordered. At that point, it wasn’t even about the food anymore—it was about the lack of customer service and the unwillingness to simply make a mistake right.
While Trey and I were going back and forth about the incorrect item, one of the other employees actually brought me some seasoning in a container to try to help resolve the issue. I appreciated that employee trying to find a solution because that’s the kind of customer service I was expecting from the manager in the first place.
Instead of simply saying, “I’m sorry, let me fix that,” Trey continued arguing with me about how the item was made.
I also asked for a corporate number because of the experience, and Trey told me they didn’t have one and that I could Google it. So… here I am. 🤷🏽♀️
The same employee who gave me the seasoning was actually helpful enough to provide me with the franchise name so I could search for the appropriate corporate or franchise contact.
Mistakes happen. I completely understand that. What I don’t understand is arguing with the customer instead of simply fixing the problem. If an order is wrong, apologize, correct it, and move on. There is absolutely no reason to make a customer feel like they’re asking for something unreasonable when they’re simply asking for the food they paid for.
Customer service truly isn’t what it used to be. I hope management and corporate, @Vibe Restaurants/Wingstop, take this feedback seriously because this experience was frustrating, unnecessary, and could have been handled so much better.

These employees at this Wingstop are extremely slow. Like disrespectfully slow. One girl was more worried about having to mop the floor instead of doing her job and nobody said she was going to have to mop. The level of ignorance and carelessness at this location is horrible. The old manager is a white lady that they push over. Do not order from this location😂😂😂 they are horrible and hate their job. All they do is stand back there and gossip instead of making orders it’s ridiculous really. 😂😂😂😂

Therefore, we encourage you not to send us unsolicited ideas.
